We are excited to offer new and extended meeting space, office space and warehouse space this spring, when our construction project is complete, but, we also have event space, meeting space, office space and warehouse space available NOW!

Here at Morse Road and I-71 in Northland, we have created a hub for nonprofits and small businesses who want to use office, warehouse and gathering space. We facilitate a collaborative and friendly atmosphere, with flexible terms. Our amazing location, just one minute from the freeway, features overhead doors at grade-level, for drive-in convenience, as well as traditional loading dock doors.

Our lobby is available with tables and chairs, and a screen-on-wheels available for an extra fee, for just $25 per hour.*

*Fee subject to change, contact us for availability.
