Rent Event Space

Due to our advanced security and controlled access, we can provide space rental nearly every day and at most times of the day and night. For rentals outside of normal business hours, please reserve at least one month in advance so we can coordinate volunteers and be able to set up for your event in advance.

No, you may use the caterer of your choice, or bring in your own food.

Yes, you may decorate the space as long as you pay for the time that you need for setup and decorating, and provided you return the space to the condition you found it. Please remove your decorations (even if you think we might like them), wipe off the tables and chairs, sweep the floor, and clean up the kitchenette if you used it.

You may rent Elevate Northland space for most activities:

Classes, training and education

Community meetings

Birthday parties, bridal showers, family gatherings, social events, game nights

Board meetings and nonprofit events

Lunch meetings

Limitations on Rentals

If you rent the lobby during typical working hours, please be advised that our building members will be conducting normal business, and may have employees or customers coming to the main entrance and walking through the lobby to access their offices.

This space is not suitable for some children’s activities, such as day camps. Tutoring or counseling would be welcome, although the space may not provide the privacy you need. Please contact us to discuss.

Events that will have sound amplification during normal business hours must comply with our rental agreement, which states that you will not unduly disturb the business of our building members who have offices and operations here.

For events during business hours, please coordinate with us to take advantage of parking partnerships with our neighbors on Evanswood Drive. This option is only available with advanced permission.

For events outside of business hours, there is plenty of free parking in our parking lots in front of, beside, and behind the building.
