Please be sure to read ALL the rules and requirements before continuing to register. By submitting your registration form, you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to abide by the below

Registration Fee (price per own tent or under tent booth space – includes table and 2 chairs):
Early Bird Rate of $25 through May 27. From May 28, rate is $50

Set up options:
Under tent: Includes one 6ft rectangular table and 2 chairs. Does NOT include linens for tables.
Own Tent: No larger than 10′ x 10′. Must be branded and requires at least 10 pounds of weight for each leg.
Food trucks and other mobile vendors: as assigned.
Electricity not provided.
Registrations after September 1 will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
RULES & REQUIREMENTS
Elevate Northland does not provide a vendor’s license. It is your responsibility to acquire if you need one. With the exception listed below, liability Insurance is NOT required but is highly recommended. Elevate Northland will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur in your booth space(s).
A Release Form will be sent to be completed on acceptance of your registration.
ON-SITE SERVICE PROVIDERS (i.e. medical or therapeutic services) need to show proof of liability insurance covering the event.
FOOD VENDORS: All food vendors MUST have an Ohio State Department of Health Certificate / License and Proof of Insurance. NO OTHER CERTIFICATES WILL BE ACCEPTED! Please submit a current copy with your application.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: Silly String, Smoke Bombs, Stink Bombs “Snappers”, Radios, AV Equipment, Weapons, Guns, Ammo, Pets, illegal drugs. If it is illegal in Ohio, it is illegal at our festival.
PLEASE NOTE: To make it more profitable for all, we attempt to limit the quantity of like items to a reasonable number, but we cannot guarantee you will be the only vendor(s) of your craft or item type.
ALL vendors will maintain polite and courteous manners (including language) to all guests, other vendors and event staff. Failure to do so may result in your removal from the site. Please leave your space as you found it, with only the table and chairs provided. Take large supply boxes, bottles, containers etc., away with you. Medium & small refuse can be put in provided garbage containers. Failure to do so could result in you being barred from any future events.
